Should you be concerned about Knowledge Management?

Knowledge Management helps the organization manage better what it knows, so that it keeps on being innovative and competitive. A question to ask is, “How effective is my organisation in managing its knowledge?” Like with Information Management, we realised that information is a resource, an asset, and it must be managed to be useful.
